Hat orders will be shipped USPS Ground within 48 hours after recept of your order (excluding weekends and holidays) or on the next business day if received on a holiday or weekend. Your order will usually reach you in approximately 4-5 business days depending on the state in which you reside. Overnight delivery is available for an additional fee ( contact us for specific rates). Some "designer" hats are made to order, and may take up to 4-6 weeks (please contact us for more details).

Shipping Fee per hat includes insurance
All hat shipments are fully insured with the carrier. If a package arrives with noticeable damage, please refuse shipment and promptly notify us, we will file a claim with the carrier. If you accept a package that is damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to resolve the situation.
