My wife & I stopped into your shop Sat 7-3-10, just to check it out. I use to be a avid hat wearer in my younger days and was courious about your shop that I have drivin by many times, this day however I just pulled over. I noticed when I entered your store it was 15 min. to closing. I even mentioned to you I was only looking, and you Mr Little treated me as if you had just opened for the day and spent time with me, taught me some things and even put off a phone call to see to me. I felt like the most important customer you had and I wasn't even purchasing a thing. I wasn't prepared for what a quality hat would cost, which was one of the reasons I stopped in. I expected to be hurried out at closing time and I wasn't. I will be purchasing from you in the near future (saving up for a nice one). I received my hat yesterday and it's more beautiful than I imagined.
The roses are a perfect touch because I'll be wearing the hat for the upcoming Kentucky Derby in May. I was afraid that the one size would be too small for me because I have a rather large head. I will try to share a photo of my sisters and myself at the Derby in case you want to share it with your customers. Should I need a fancy hat and your excellent service in the future, I will definitely contact you.

I happened upon your shop last week while traveling on White St., an occurrence that sadly, happens very seldom for me these days. I saw your shop and had to stop in as I am an avid hat wearer. My beautiful wife tells me I look good in a hat. My reply was that a hat covers a good part of my head so obviously, the less of me that is visible the better I look! She groaned as usual. Anyhow, I was most impressed with the selection of hats available for purchase, and maybe more importantly, the great prices on your merchandise. I purchased a beautiful raw brimmed black fedora that I will wear to my son's wedding just after Christmas. I will be back to buy a black "crushable" fedora to wear in bad weather. What a great shop! Thank you, as it is so nice to have such a great selection to try and buy right here in Springfield.

As you know my husband and I recently attended the Kentucky Derby and I have been anxious to contact you ever since. Your store's motto certainly rings true, as my experience at the Derby was a fairy-tale come true...I felt like a Queen for the day in my "crown" ! I cannot recall when I last recieved so many compliments! Men and women alike approached me to compliment me on my hat or ask to photograph me. I was even able to return my gratitude when I was ushered by a complete stranger to enter the Derby Hat Contest where I mentioned your shop. You'll be pleased to know I was selected to be in the Top 5 out of 48 hats (the winner had made her own). The greatest compliment of the day, however, was from Mr. Julius Irving, who told me I looked "lovely" in my hat and suit.
Thank you again for taking the time to direct me in my search...I would be honored to have my photo displayed in your shop. You can be certain that you carry a quality product and that my Derby experience was that much sweeter because of it!
